Laurie Anderson

'B' Cat and CFI

Laurie Anderson, the CFI and Aeroclub Manager is a born and bred West Coaster. He gained his Commercial Pilots Licence (aeroplane) in 1978, an Instrument rating in 1985, B cat Instructor rating in 1986 and then a Commercial Helicopter Licence in 1999. He currently holds flight testing approval for PPL A and when he is not at the Aeroclub or working in his B&B he is a locum Commercial Helicopter Pilot for a Hokitika based operator. His vast knowledge of West Coast region its geographic outlay, mountains and the local people make Laurie a great asset to the Greymouth Aeroclub.
